NAICOM holds quarterly staff meeting after industry recapitalization
The Commissioner for Insurance, Mr. Olusegun Ayo Omosehin today convened Quarterly Staff General Meeting, marking the first such gathering since the successful conclusion of the insurance industry recapitalization exercise.
The meeting provided a platform for Management and staff to reflect on the achievements of the recapitalization programme, align on the Commission’s strategic priorities for the post-recapitalization era, and discuss key issues relating to staff welfare, institutional effectiveness, and organizational growth.
Deliberations underscored NAICOM’s unwavering commitment to strengthened regulation and supervision, continuous staff development, operational excellence, and the advancement of a more resilient, competitive, and trusted insurance industry.
